Welcome to Fix Mi Osteo. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Fix Mi Osteo provides manual osteopathic services including initial assessments, follow-up treatments, cranial-sacral therapy, and mobile osteopathy visits in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our practitioners are registered Manual Osteopaths in good standing with recognized Canadian osteopathic associations.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via our website. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfer. Receipts are provided for insurance purposes. Manual osteopathy is covered by many extended health benefit plans in Canada — please verify coverage with your insurer.

4. Scope of Practice

Manual osteopathy is a regulated complementary health practice in Canada. Our practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or perform surgical procedures. Osteopathic treatments are intended to support the body's natural healing processes. Clients are encouraged to continue care with their primary healthcare providers.

5. Informed Consent

Before treatment, clients will be asked to provide informed consent. You have the right to ask questions, refuse treatment, or withdraw consent at any time during a session.

6. Liability

Fix Mi Osteo and its practitioners carry professional liability insurance. While manual osteopathy is generally safe, some clients may experience temporary soreness or discomfort following treatment. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or outcomes beyond the scope of manual osteopathic care.

7. Gift Cards

E-gift cards are non-refundable and have no expiry date, in accordance with Ontario consumer protection laws. They may be applied toward any service offered by Fix Mi Osteo.
